IPTV Scandinavia stands behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable Nordic consumer protection laws. Contact our support team to arrange a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@iptvscandinavia.eu with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, your subscription plan and the date of purchase. Our support team is available 24/7 and will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
Eligibility Conditions
You are eligible for a refund if: it is a recent purchase or renewal, it is your first refund request with IPTV Scandinavia, and your account has not been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Eligibility is assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
Payment Method Refund Details
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5โ10 business days. Swish refunds are processed within 1โ3 business days. Klarna refunds are handled through Klarna and may take up to 10 business days. MobilePay and Vipps refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

As a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you are protected by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Nordic consumer protection laws for distance purchases (online sales). IPTV Scandinavia fully complies with all EU and Nordic distance selling regulations.
