Introduction
IPTV Scandinavia respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our service infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, the specific content or channel you believe is infringing, your contact information (name, address, phone number, email), a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, IPTV Scandinavia will: acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours, promptly investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is substantiated, notify the content provider or user who supplied the content, and maintain records of all takedown requests and actions taken.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: your name, address, phone number and email, identification of the content that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
IPTV Scandinavia maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action against accounts that are the subject of multiple valid claims.
Good Faith
IPTV Scandinavia acts in good faith to comply with all applicable copyright laws. We do not knowingly host or distribute infringing content. We work with content creators and rights holders to ensure that our service respects intellectual property rights.
